and ? Farndale (FAR00303) was born in Easingwold
District in 1863 (BR).
Ann Farndale’s birth was registered in Easingwold District in the second
quarter of 1863 (GRO Vol 9d, page 356).

Annie Farndale (FAR00453), born 1863, lived with
her grandfather, Jethro and Alice Farndale (FAR00218) in 1871 and 1881.
Annie’s marriage certificate is blank for her father. This Annie cannot have
been William’s daughter (who already had an Annie), nor John’s (who lived in
Bramley near Leeds by then). So for it is most probable that Annie Farndale (FAR00453) was Elias’ daughter.

the third Quarter of 1880 at Coxwold. The name of her father is left blank on
the marriage certificate (MR).
