1806
James Burnett, the son of James Alexander and Isobel (nee
Gauld) Burnett (BUR00011),
was born in about 1806.
There was a James Burnett, son of James Burnett and Isobel Moir
born on 12 July 1807 at Banchory Ternan and baptised on 30 July 1807 and
another, son of Alexander Burnett and Isobel Garden, born on 19 December 1804
and baptised on 27 December 1804 at Banchory Ternan.
1825
He married Jane Traill (1798 to 1885) perhaps
in about 1825. Jane Traill was the daughter of Alexander Traill (1775 to 1859)
and Elizabeth (nee Stephenson) Traill (born 1772). This is either an error or
Jane died and James remarried.
