1755
Hannah Farndale, twin
daughter of John and Grace Farndale (FAR00143), was baptised at Brotton on 17 September 1755 (Brotton PR).
1775
Hannah Farndil, married James Jackson, both of Lythe Parish, at Lythe Parish Church, by
Banns, on 30 May 1775. Witnesses Thomas Webster and George Jackson (Lythe PR). She was aged 20.
Marriages of 1775 from Register of Lythe
1796
Hannah Jackson, aged 42, was buried at St Mary the
Virgin, Whitby on 27 December 1796 (Whitby PR).
The entry refers to her right age and name of Jackson, though
suggests her husband’s name is William not James. This could be an error or
perhaps William changed his use of name, for instance to a middle name.
