She died on 26 December 1874, aged 64, and is buried at Christ Church, Fenton (Christ Church, Fenton Parish Records, Find a Grave index). Baker, Charlotte. Effects under £60,000. 1 February. The Will of Charlotte Baker late of Fenton House in the county of Stafford spinster who died 26 December 1874 at Fenton House domiciled in England was proved in the principal registry by the reverend Ralph Bourne Baker of Hasfield Court in the county of Gloucester Clark the brother Sarah Hitchman of Fenton House widow the sister and Joseph Gimson of Fenton in the county of Stafford manufacturer the Executors (Probate Records).
