Elizabeth Farndale, daughter of Joseph & Mary Farndale (FAR00228) of Nunthorpe, cartwright, was baptised at Great Ayton on 12 October 1823 (PR & IGI).

1847

Elizabeth Farndale, married at Ayton on 12 December 1847. She was aged 22, a spinster, daughter of Joseph Farndale. She married William Rigg, a tailor aged 22, son of William Rigg, a quarryman. Joseph Farndale was present and made his mark. Elizabeth made her mark. (MR)

Elizabeth Rigg, died and was buried at All Saints, Ayton. She was buried on 1 September 1848. She was aged only 24.
