Mary Jane Farnell
was described as an unmarried pauper, formerly a domestic servant, aged 34, in
the Union Workhouse.
Poor Mary Ann
Farndale died the same year, in 1881 at Sculcoates (GRO Vol 9d page 141). She was only 32, although
her workhouse record suggested she was a little older.
