Ethel
Farndale, daughter of Thomas and Mary Hannah (nee Weighill) Farndale (FAR00394) was born at Barwick
on 23 April 1883 (1939 Register) and baptised at Whitkirk on 10 June 1883 (Whitkirk PR).
The family were living at Bradbury and Thomas was working as a shepherd. The
birth was registered in the second quarter of 1883 in Tadcaster district (GRO
Vol 9c page 821).
