of the British Legion held their annual dinner and social at the Keighley Arms,
Brompton. Colonel Goddard introduced Mr Boyd, who spoke of the work of the Legion
and was thanked by Mr C H Mudd. The company were entertained by Mr. John
Pearson, Pickering, Mr M Farndale, Malton, and Mr B Jefferies.
