Mary Farndale was baptised at Folkton on 1 February 1840, son of William and Margaret (nee Chapman) Farndale (FAR00260). Mary Farndale was born in Scarborough District and the birth was registered in the first quarter of 1840 (GRO 24 page 419). Folkton is south of Scarborough near Filey.
