Ellen Farndale, daughter of John and Ann Farndale (nee Thrattles) (FAR00305), was born in Stockton District on 17 January 1864 (1939
Register) and baptised at St Thomas, Stockton, on 28 February 1864 (Stockton
PR). Her
father was a warehouseman. Jane Ellen Farndale’s birth was registered in Stockton District in the first quarter of
1864 (GRO Vol 10a page 81).
