Darlington and Richmond
Herald, 12 July 1873: Samuel Farndale, living at Huxworth,
but formerly residing at Middleton, near West Hartlepool, had fished with the
net for two years in the mouth of the Tees. He purchased the net at Bridport,
where most of the salmon nets came from, and believed it to be quite correct.
He sold the net to the defendants. Recheck this as location doesn’t
seem right.
